Beautiful Interior Repaint West Haven Funeral Home
On this interior painting project, we were tasked with repainting a funeral home. New carpets had just been installed through out the building. Our first priority was protecting the carpets with plastic and canvas tarps. We also had to protect the existing stained wainscoting and casings with masking paper to prevent any splatter from ruining the beautiful trim. New baseboars and casings were installed in the sitting area. We began by prepping the new trim and inspecting walls for imperfections. There were stress cracks from the building settling through out the premises. Those were fixed with paper tape and three coats of joint compound. We also had to cut out all the old caulking in the crown molding and caulk it again with crown molding caulk for a long lasting finish. Once all the prep was done then we began painting. The process was tricky as the funeral home was still running, so we had to coordinate with the director with hard start and end times. We always will work with our customers and can be flexible with our scheduling. In the end, this interior painting project came out beautiful. Another satisfied customer in West Haven, CT
